Privacy Policy

This policy explains how F-Development processes the personal data we collect from you while providing our services. Name, email and project details submitted through the contact form are used only to respond to you and to deliver the service; we do not share them with third parties. Our infrastructure is hosted by trusted providers such as Cloudflare and Resend; these providers can only access your messages temporarily during delivery. To request deletion of your data, contact [email protected].

By using F-Development's website and services, you agree to these terms. The content provided is for informational purposes; offers become binding only via the written document delivered after the kick-off call. Source code and creative outputs delivered through our services are transferred to the client as defined in the relevant project agreement. Unauthorized copying or redistribution of the content on this site (text, image, code) is prohibited.

Cookie Policy

Our site uses a limited number of cookies and local storage to measure performance and remember language/theme preferences. Cookies are functional and statistical only (e.g. Vercel Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and cookieless); we do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can always change your cookie preferences in your browser settings; doing so may reset your language or theme preferences.

KVKK Information Notice

Under the Turkish KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698), F-Development acts as the data controller. Personal data processed via the contact form (name, email, message content) is collected to evaluate requests and provide services. Transferring data to an email provider located abroad (Resend) may take place; this transfer applies only during the communication flow. To exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, contact [email protected].
