What our SEO services cover
Every SEO engagement starts with a technical audit. Using Google Search Console and Ahrefs data, we find crawling and indexing problems, duplicate pages, broken redirects, slow pages and missing structured data. We rank the findings by impact, then either apply the fixes ourselves or pass them to your developers with clear instructions, depending on how the site is built. If the problem is in the code we fix the code; if it is in the content we fix the content.
Once the technical base is sound we move on to content. We look at the phrases your customers actually search for, their search volume and which pages your competitors rank with, and turn that into a keyword map. Each target phrase gets one page; existing pages are updated and missing topics go into a content plan. The aim is a structure where every question has one clear answer, instead of several pages competing for the same search.
Google Ads and Meta Ads management
SEO takes time to pay off, while ads bring traffic from day one. In Google Ads we build search campaigns around the terms you bid on, negative keywords and ad copy, and where it fits we add Performance Max campaigns fed by your product or service data. We review spend every week and move budget toward the campaigns and search terms that actually convert.
On Meta we run Facebook and Instagram campaigns, testing audiences, creatives and placements. To judge ads by real conversions such as form submissions, calls, add-to-carts or sales rather than clicks, we set up Meta Pixel and the Conversions API, and GA4 with conversion tags on the Google side. Without reliable measurement, budget decisions are little more than guesses.
Monthly reporting and transparent tracking
At the start of each month we send a report on the previous one. It covers organic clicks and impressions, position changes for target phrases, the number of indexed pages, ad spend, cost per conversion and a list of the work done that month. Alongside the numbers we explain what we did and why, what worked, and what we will focus on next month.
Ad accounts, Search Console and Analytics properties are created in your name, or we manage your existing ones through granted access. All data and history stay with you, and if we stop working together the accounts, campaigns and settings stay with you as well. You can check how much each campaign has spent in the ad dashboard whenever you like.
Realistic expectations: when does SEO show results?
Nobody can guarantee a specific position in Google, and any offer that promises one deserves a careful look. The effect of technical fixes usually starts to show in Search Console within a few weeks. Lasting organic traffic for competitive phrases, though, usually takes several months of steady content and improvement work. In the meantime, ads are a good way to meet demand while organic traffic grows.
If we built your site, the SEO foundations are in place from day one. If another team or a hosted platform built it, we audit the current state first and tell you up front which changes the platform does not allow. The service runs monthly, and we agree the scope in the first call based on the size of your site, the competition in your sector and whether you want to run ads.

No. Google decides rankings, and no agency can honestly guarantee a specific position. What we do is fix technical issues, build a content structure that matches what people search for, and report the results transparently every month.
No. The budget paid to Google and Meta is spent directly from your own ad account and is separate from the service fee. The fee covers campaign setup, management, optimisation and reporting. We set the budget together based on your goals.
You do. Google Ads, Meta Business, Search Console and Analytics accounts are created in your name, or we manage your existing accounts through granted access. If we stop working together, all historical data, campaigns and settings remain yours.
Yes. We start with a technical audit of the current site and list the issues by priority. If we have access we apply the fixes ourselves; otherwise we pass clear instructions to your developers. We point out up front any changes the platform does not allow.
