Website Integrations

A website does not work alone: orders should reach accounting, forms should reach your CRM and events should reach analytics. We connect your existing site or new project to payment providers, CRM and marketing tools, analytics and Discord or Telegram bots. Error handling, retries and logging are planned up front for every integration, and API keys are stored securely.

What this service covers.

These items are planned together or separately depending on the project. We clarify which ones you need during the discovery call.

  • Payment providers: Stripe, iyzico, PayTR
  • CRM, email marketing and accounting software connections
  • GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta conversion tracking
  • Third-party API and webhook integrations
  • Discord and Telegram bots: notifications, support, roles and order flows
  • Error handling, retries, logging and secure key storage

Website integration: what we connect

Between an order being placed on your site and an invoice landing in accounting, there is often someone copying data by hand. Website integration removes those hand-offs. We connect your site to your CRM, email marketing tool, accounting software, shipping carrier and stock system, so a visitor who fills in a form appears in your sales team's pipeline and a completed order reaches the warehouse on its own.

Without proper tracking you cannot tell which channel your ad budget is working in. With GA4 and Google Tag Manager we define events such as purchases, form submissions and add-to-cart, and back the Meta Pixel with the server-side Conversions API to recover conversions lost to browser blocking. Tags are set up to respect cookie consent, and you get a clear view of which campaigns actually bring in sales.

Payment gateway integration

For payment integration we work with Stripe, iyzico and PayTR. We add the checkout page, 3D Secure verification, instalment options and refund flows to your existing site or e-commerce platform. Payment results are processed from the notification the provider sends to your server, not just from the browser redirect. That way an order reaches the right status even if the customer closes the page, and the same payment is never processed twice.

Which provider fits depends on where you sell. Stripe is usually the better choice for international customers and multiple currencies, while iyzico or PayTR suit sales in Türkiye where instalments and local cards matter; some projects use both. Card details never pass through your server and are entered in the provider's secure form. For subscriptions, reconciliation or wallets, see our finance and payment systems service.

API integrations and Discord and Telegram bots

For systems without a ready-made plugin we write direct API integrations. The building blocks are OAuth 2.0 authorisation, pulling data from REST endpoints, receiving the other side's webhooks and keeping two systems in sync on a schedule. Importing a supplier's product and stock list into your site every night, or syncing your booking system with Google Calendar, are typical examples of this kind of work.

Discord and Telegram bots are one of the fastest ways to reach your team and your community. We build bots that post instant alerts to the right channel for new orders, support requests or failed payments, assign Discord roles after a purchase, let customers check order status on Telegram, or answer common questions. Because the bot reads the same data as your site, information stays current everywhere.

What makes an integration reliable

Most integrations work fine on day one. The trouble starts when the other service slows down, goes offline or changes its API. That is why every connection we build has timeouts, retries with increasing delays and a queue where failed records wait instead of disappearing. Incoming webhooks have their signatures verified, and duplicate notifications are detected so nothing is processed twice.

We log when each integration runs, what it sent and why it failed, so when an order does not show up in accounting you can find the reason in minutes. API keys are kept in secret environment variables on the server, not in the code repository. We start by listing the systems to be connected, test every integration on a staging environment before going live, and document how each one works on delivery.

Frequently asked questions, answered briefly.

In most cases, yes. Whether your site runs on an e-commerce platform or was custom built, we first review the setup and the API of the system to be connected. If an existing plugin is enough we configure it properly; if not, we add a small integration service alongside your site.

Setting up payments or analytics with an existing plugin usually takes a few days. Connecting two systems with a documented API and keeping their data in sync can take one to a few weeks. The quality of the other side's API affects timing most, and we give a firm estimate after reviewing it.

If you sell internationally and work with several currencies, Stripe is usually the better fit. If most of your customers are in Türkiye and instalments matter, iyzico or PayTR is usually the better choice. For sites selling in both markets we can set up both providers side by side.

Every integration we build has error logging and alerts. If a connection keeps failing after retries, you get a notification by email, Discord or Telegram, and the failed records are held in a queue. Once the issue is fixed, those records are reprocessed without data loss.

It can post order, form and payment notifications, assign Discord roles after a purchase, route support requests to your team and let customers check order status on Telegram. Because the bot reads your site's data directly, it needs no manual updates, and admin commands can be added as needed.
