Finance and Payment Systems
Systems that handle financial data cannot afford mistakes. We build payment infrastructure, reporting dashboards, reconciliation flows and automations on exchange APIs with security, observability and risk controls first. We do not give investment advice, we only build the systems.
What this service covers.
These items are planned together or separately depending on the project. We clarify which ones you need during the discovery call.
- Admin and reporting dashboards
- API and system integrations
- Payment infrastructure (Stripe, iyzico, crypto)
- Exchange integrations (Binance, Bybit, Kraken)
- Risk controls and limit management
- Test environment, monitoring and alerts
Payment infrastructure and financial software development
Most of the finance systems we build come down to recording accurately where money comes from and where it goes. Typical work includes subscriptions and recurring billing, marketplace payments split between sellers, wallet and balance systems, refund flows, and automatic reconciliation against payment provider records. Payments are taken through Stripe, iyzico or crypto payment rails, and card data is processed without ever being stored on your own servers.
The admin and reporting dashboards that sit on top of these systems are part of the job too. We build dashboards that show daily revenue, pending and failed charges, refunds and currency differences on one screen, with role-based access. We also automate the exports and period-end reports your accounting team needs, so nobody has to merge spreadsheets by hand at the end of the month.
Crypto trading bot development and exchange APIs
We build crypto trading bots and automations on the APIs of exchanges such as Binance, Bybit and Kraken, following the strategy rules you define. Using Python and the ccxt library we connect to several exchanges through one codebase, take price data from WebSocket streams, and record orders, positions and balances in PostgreSQL. The strategy comes from you; we turn it into software that can be tested and observed.
A strategy that looks good on historical data will not necessarily make money in the future, so we do not promise profits and we do not give investment advice. What we do is backtest your strategy on historical data first, then let you run it on exchange testnets or with small amounts under live conditions. Fees, slippage and partial fills are modelled in the tests so results reflect real market behaviour.
Risk controls, security and auditability
In an automated finance system, the most important code is the code that runs when things go wrong. Order and position size limits, a daily loss limit, a kill switch that stops all trading in one step, and safe behaviour when the exchange connection drops are defined up front on every project. Before an order reaches the exchange it passes balance, limit and price sanity checks.
API keys are used with only the permissions they need, with withdrawals disabled and IP restrictions where the exchange supports them, and are stored encrypted. In payment systems we verify webhook signatures, make sure the same payment is never processed twice, and store amounts in exact decimal types that avoid rounding errors. Every transaction is kept as an append-only record, and critical events trigger instant alerts by Telegram or email.
How we work
We begin by writing your process and rules down: which payment provider to use, when a refund is issued, under which conditions a trading bot opens or closes a position. That document becomes the basis for both development and testing. Development happens against sandbox and testnet environments, never real money, and we review progress with you at weekly milestones.
Going live is gradual. The system first runs with low limits or a small group of users, and limits are raised only after we have watched the logs and alerts together. You own the source code and the server access, and we recommend keeping API keys on a server you control. After launch we support you with maintenance for exchange and payment provider API changes and new features.
Frequently asked questions, answered briefly.
No software can guarantee profits in the market, and we make no such promise. We turn the strategy you define into software that runs correctly, is tested and is protected by risk limits. The strategy itself and all investment decisions remain yours; we do not give investment advice.
We work with Binance, Bybit and Kraken. Thanks to the ccxt library, many other exchanges with a public API can be connected through the same structure. Supported order types and testnet availability affect the scope, so we check them together at the start.
It depends on scope. A bot with clear rules on a single exchange, or a payment flow added to an existing system, can be done in a few weeks. Systems with reconciliation, reporting dashboards and several payment providers take longer, and we give you a written timeline after discovery.
We recommend keys with only the permissions they need, withdrawals disabled and IP restrictions where possible, and we store them encrypted. The system can run on a server you control. Card details are processed on the payment provider's infrastructure, not on your servers.
For payments within Türkiye we usually use iyzico, and Stripe for international and multi-currency sales; we also build solutions for accepting crypto. We choose together based on the countries you sell to, the fee structure and needs such as subscriptions or marketplace payouts.
